Quality standards
Quality management is integral to all our systems and practices and it is our top priority. Our quality management system is approved to ISO 9001: 2015 standards. We count this as our business management system and consider everything within the business accordingly, whether it is specified in the standard or not. This approach is supported by a computerised system which enables us to create and control quality documents such as control plans, Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (FMEA) and more, to meet our customers’ requirements.
Quality Technologies
We use innovations such as computerised systems and co-ordinate measuring machines (CMM) to enhance our capabilities and quality delivery. Our co-ordinate measuring machine – for example – adds accuracy and speed to measurement during production processes for multiple or one-off items. This is particularly useful on complex parts that push the boundaries of manufacture. It’s a valuable quality enhancing tool for our production, toolroom and design facilities.
